The Beatles gave us the mantra “All you need is love,” although the Fab Four couldn’t have foreseen the over-saturated-pink-heart-explosion that Valentine’s Day has become. So today, we’ll step away from the sugary sweet, and take a nod to a lifelong partnership that has truly added spice to the rest of our lives.
It was love at first sight with these salt and pepper shakers from local line Tasty Jewelry. Simple yet sassy, this duo is cute enough to merit a kitchen redesign. Austin designer Diane Petkoff took her passion for food and her love for accessories to make simple and original details for the home.
So whether or not you’re in the Lonely Hearts Club Band, today let’s salute Sgt. Pepper and his life partner, Salt. Love is all you need.
