When you hear the word "ramen," you're reminded of your college diet after buying your very first statement bag.
Stop associating the little noodles with lean times. The Japanese staple is making a chic comeback at Kimura. New to the downtown dining scene, yesterday Kimura began serving up a delish menu of three of our favorite S's (sushi, soba, sake), along with craft cocktails. Owner Michael Sohocki of Gwendolyn and his team of elite chefs make most of the noodles in-house and locally source the proteins and produce to match their sister restaurant around the corner. 
Starving for fashion is so freshman year.
