Chef Nina Compton just announced a special pop-up brunch with Gabe & Gray Confections.

Crank your cravings up a level and indulge in delicious delights by Gabe & Gray Confections. New Orleans native and self-taught pastry chef Katelyn Ann James has built her beloved pastime of baking with her grandma into a concept offering divine gold leaf flecked cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pound cake loaves and artful vanilla bean cakesicles using both locally sourced ingredients and imported fine goods. Her treats—which you can request and order via Insta DMwill be featured at the Pop Up Brunch at Compère Lapin THIS Sun, Feb 28 (see below).
