What do you get when you cross South American flavor with Southern hospitality? No, not the enviable Gisele frolicking around in a cowboy hat (and most likely back at her pre-baby weight faster than you can say empanada). Rio’s Brazilian Cafe is what.
The boys behind this hot spot are bringing the best of Brazil to the rest of A-town with their all-natural, gluten-free goodies like Malagueta sauces and Brazilian cheese breads (Pão de Queijo). Formerly just a farmer’s market favorite, now there’s a cafe (and a drive-thru) with a full menu on the east side of town. Get yourself some yuca fries and other made-to-order staples, and wash it all down with a Mexican coke.
Forget Giselle. She’s got nuthin’ on the heat comin’ from this cafe.
