First Look at West Ave's Nara Restaurant

Fusion to fawn over.

Your memories from college are packed with visions of Keystone Light, late night cram sessions and the delightful styrofoam cup of ramen you called dinner every night. 

Take a trip down memory lane with an upscale twist at brand new, locally owned Nara restaurant in West Ave (in the old Katsuya space). Chef Donald Chang of Uptown Sushi fame has opened what he's dubbing the first modern Korean chow hall in town. Pulling from both his Korean heritage and Japanese training, the fusion cuisine will feature a host of gourmet options like spicy oxtail ramen, prime boneless short rib steamed buns and over 30 types of nigiri sushi. The hip spot also boasts an inspired interior with a petrified wood Sakura tree greeting diners. 

Now if only you could find a mature way to incorporate a beer funnel into your West Elm bar cart.
