Using her essential ingredient meyer lemon, Sasha Grumman—chef at Rosalie Italian Soul, which is currently closed due to the pandemic—won the first Quickfire Challenge with her team. Also doing H-town proud is contestant Dawn Burrell, who's behind the forthcoming restaurant Late August. This Sunday, April 4, swing by the Rice Village Farmer's Market, where Grumman will debut her new business, Sasha's Focaccia. Authentic focaccia, pictured, is available by pre-order only.
